Booking Terms & Conditions:

Payment – A deposit of two nights of full accommodation (%) is required within 30 days of the booking being made. Balance is due and payable on arrival. Cheques are not accepted as payment on arrival. Cash and/or the following credit cards are accepted Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation – Less than 21 days NO refunds of deposits will be given for Peak Periods, School Holidays, Long Weekends, Festivals and Special Events. No nights will be refunded if your stay is cut short. If Cancellation is given with more than 21 days notice your deposit may be refunded less an administration fee (20% of total paid). Reservations may be transferred, subject to availability and will comply with the above conditions. Transfers are valid for 12 months from original booking date.

Peak Periods – Minimum nights apply during Long Weekends, Special events, Easter etc. A surcharge may apply for single night bookings during these times please check with management regarding this.

Changes – It is your responsibility to advise of any changes to your booking prior to your arrival. Otherwise, full payment for booking will be required.

Price – Management reserves the right to change prices without notice, however, all efforts will be made to honour the price quoted when making a booking. Any change to the original booking may involve additional charges being made.
